Well, I finally accomplished my biggest goal...a wedding cake! What a chore and what fun at the same time! Craig and I both baked the cakes on Monday (our day off of school) :( and it took all day. That was the not so fun part. We then transported the cakes to Tennessee the day before the wedding. I worked on crumb coating and covering with fondant on Friday and finished up the designs on Saturday morning right before I went to get my hair styled (I was also a bridesmaid) All in all, the cake turned out well, just a few little "oops" spots which I covered up the best I could. Congratulations Jordan and Keelin! Keelin, welcome to the family!
